Overview
Our websites, platform (rezilia.app), and related services (collectively, the “Services”) use cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to ensure we provide you with the best possible experience. This Cookie Notice describes how Talos Health Corp, our affiliates, and our partners use Cookies, what types of Cookies we use, and how you can manage your preferences.
This Cookie Notice should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.
Technologies We Use
Cookies
Cookies are small files — usually consisting of letters and numbers — placed on your browser or device when you visit our Services. Cookies help our Services function properly, remember your preferences, and provide us with analytics to improve your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or our consent management tool.
Local Storage
Local storage is a web storage mechanism that allows our Services to store data locally on your browser or device. As a Progressive Web Application (PWA), Rezilia uses local storage to enable offline functionality and improve performance. Local storage data remains on your device until you clear it through your browser settings.
Web Beacons
Web beacons (also known as “clear gifs” or “tracking pixels”) are small transparent image files that help us understand how you navigate through our Services. They may be used in conjunction with Cookies to analyze user behavior and improve our platform.
Cookie Classification
| Category | Purpose | Consent Required |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Required for the operation of our Services, including session management, authentication, security, load balancing, language preferences, and implementation of the cookie consent tool. These Cookies enable you to use core functionality and features. | No — exempt from consent |
| Functional | Enable enhanced features and functionality, such as remembering your preferences, personalizing content, and supporting interactive platform features (e.g., AI conversation state, caregiver profile preferences). | Depends on jurisdiction |
| Analytics | Allow us to analyze activities on our Services to improve and optimize platform performance. These Cookies collect information such as page views, session duration, navigation paths, and feature engagement to help us understand how users interact with Rezilia. | Yes (EU/UK); Opt-out (CA) |
| Marketing | Used to track visits to our Services, carry out traffic statistics, and communicate with users who have previously visited our website. These Cookies support our ability to reach potential users with relevant information about caregiver support resources. | Yes (EU/UK); Opt-out (CA) |
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These Cookies are essential for the operation of our Services. They include session identifiers for maintaining your login state, security tokens for CSRF protection and secure API communication, consent management cookies that remember your cookie preferences, and load balancing cookies that ensure optimal platform performance. Due to their essential nature, these Cookies do not require your prior consent and cannot be disabled without impacting core functionality.
Functional Cookies
Functional Cookies enhance your experience by remembering your preferences and settings. For the Rezilia platform, this includes language and region preferences, accessibility settings, AI conversation context within a session, and display preferences. Where Functional Cookies involve analytics or tracking beyond what is strictly necessary, we will either obtain your consent or provide an opt-out mechanism, depending on your jurisdiction.
Analytics Cookies
We use Analytics Cookies to understand how our Services are used and to identify areas for improvement. Analytics data is collected in aggregated form and is not used to identify individual users. We use this data to measure platform engagement and feature adoption, identify navigation issues and optimize user experience, estimate infrastructure requirements, and generate de-identified insights for Talos Analytics (our B2B data product for employers and healthcare systems).
Important: Analytics data provided to employers and healthcare partners through Talos Analytics is always aggregated and de-identified. Individual caregiver interactions and personal details are never shared.
Marketing Cookies
Marketing Cookies help us reach potential users with information about caregiver support resources. As of this notice, Talos Health uses minimal marketing cookies and does not engage in programmatic advertising. If this changes, this notice will be updated and appropriate consent mechanisms will be implemented.
Cookie Duration
| Type | Duration | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Session Cookies | Temporary | Deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for session management and authentication state. |
| Persistent Cookies | Up to 13 months | Remain on your device until their defined expiry or until you delete them. Used for preferences and analytics. We retain persistent cookies for no longer than 13 months, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law. |
